We here at OceanHome take great pride in our users and in our
atmosphere. How we came about that is based upon our set of rules
and the behavior of our wizards( Superusers or Chatcops ), we Strongly
recommend that you read these rules and try to follow them to a more
enjoyable chatting evening. These rules have come about over a long process
of input from different people and found to lead to a more enjoyable chatting experience

We're an 18 and over talker. The reason we did this is many-fold, chief among them
is that we feel the conversation here is for mature users. Many of our users range in age from
mid twenties to early fifties.

Please limit yourself to one name, multiple names will be nuked, and if continued
we will ban the offending site from having new users allowed.

No cursing or Vulgarity in Public Rooms, Alias, desc's or Profiles.
except for a occasionally "damn" ... please don't abuse this. Use your common sense
and listen to those around you. They will let you know if your langauge is out of
hand. No offensive language or sexual ineuendos in desc's, alias or profiles.

No sexual situations in public. This includes shouts,semotes and echos. What you do
in private is your business and that of the participating parties.

Harassment of any kind will NOT be tolerated. If you feel you are being harassed by another
user, let a wizard known or email an Admin so the problem can be resolved. Harassment will
result in disciplinary action not limited to : .arrest,.kill, site ban or if needed legal
action will be taken.

Spamming, Shouts, Greets, Pictures and Invisiblity. Excessive use or abuseof these
commands will cause you to lose them. Please be considerate of others forced to listen to
to multiple shouts etc. While invisible please don't shout or tell a user without telling
them who you are, this can lead to problems at times, for users can not see who is .tell'ing them
We also encourage you to post new talker sites to the .talker board instead of shouting them.

Respect those around you. Treat others in the manner in which you yourself wish to be treated.

Listen to the Wizzes. They are here to help you. In the event of a dispute, their decision
in the matter stands. If you disagree with the decisions of the wizzes, smail or discuss the
matter with one of the gods or admins. The Admins have final word on all matters.

Please do not ask for promotions. Asking for a promotion is the surest way to not get one.
if you are here a lot, helpful, fun loving , friendly and knowledgable of the commands, you
will get noticed and considered for promotions.

Idling and AFK. If your idle for 60 minutes or more you will be booted. Idling includes AFK.
those that idle merely take up linespace and are sometimes annoying to others.
