OceanHome is a UNIX based C coded talker, you must have a Telnet program to access OceanHome. Sometime in the future we will have a web-based Java applet that will allow you to access here without a telnet program.

You will need a Telnet program to access OceanHome, but
don't worry. If you have windows you have a telnet program already installed!

or you can use our numerical address
telnet://208.220.34.34:4000
- Once you get the log in screen you will need to pick a user name and password.
- Once your username has and password have been accepted
you can follow the directions on the screen. Just in case you can't
follow it all you can find detailed instructions on how to get auto-promoted
and log in here.
